Communicable Disease Prevention
Registered Massage Therapists continue to work under the Communicable Disease Prevention Requirements. It is a careful, graded transition that relies on honest communication and consistent safety protocols.
Signs & Symptoms
Please cancel your appointment if you are sick. You will not be charged a cancellation fee; I appreciate your honesty.
You can cancel by clicking on the link in the reminder & booking emails. Or you can text/call/email me at 604-905-8028 or alisonrichmondrmt@gmail.com.
Distancing
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
Although I have allocated 20 minutes between treatments you may cross paths with another client. If you do, please be sure to maintain physical distance.
Hygiene
Masks are no longer mandatory. We can discuss what you’re comfortable with when you arrive and I will follow your lead.
I continue to thoroughly wash my hands and forearms before and after treatment.
Please use the hand sanitizer before and after your treatment.
All linen is only used once before being laundered in hot, soapy water.
The massage table, door handles, oil bottles, tables and sink taps are wiped down with disinfectant after each treatment.
Ventilation
My treatment room is well ventilated with a screened window and HEPA air filter.
The nature of massage therapy does not allow for physical distancing. Only book a massage if you are comfortable with the associated risks.
